central location. quirky accommodation. good supply toiletries. rooms very basic but clean. had private bathroom but ventilation not hood so always humid in there. air con and ceiling fan effective in bedroom

The staff was really friendly, the yard and the pool looked beautiful and the rooms where small but well equipped. After 2 days we got an upgrade to the Departmento which was huge, with a kitchen, beautiful bathroom, separate bedroom and private balcony. The breakfast was simple but good for a small price.

The location is amazing, half a block from 5th Avenue. The pool was neat, it has a wonderful garden area around it. Breakfast option provided inside the hotel was very cheap. We paid around 40 USD for two nights in a small room with shared bathroom and air conditioner. It was a great value.

The room was pretty small but the location is great. You can reach this hotel from ADO bus station by walking in the main walking street for a few minutes. You have literally all the main attractions 1 minute away from the hotel

Perfect night on this hôtel with my family of 4 (3 adulte 1 kid). Great breakfast. Really nice staff. I forgot my shoes and they kept it for me for 3 days. Thank you !

Near most of the hot spots in Playa del Carmen. if you’re looking to enjoy the night life, it’s an ideal spot. Free access to tap water, private pool and breakfast service (paid) if you desire.

Location was very good, just off the north Playa del Carmen Tourist strip (if you like that scene), but within walking distance of less 'touristy' restaurants and shops. Pretty courtyard and small pool. The room was surprisingly quiet, given the nearby party atmosphere. The 70 peso (~US$3.50) breakfast was excellent and abundant.
